Are you passionate about golf, customer service, and being part of a growing business? Under Par Golf is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team!
Under Par Golf is West Michigan’s premier indoor golf destination featuring AboutGolf (aG) simulator technology, leagues, events, lessons, and year-round golf experiences.
Position: Assistant Manager
Reports To: Director of Golf & Player Performance
Job Type: Hourly position working 25-35 hours per a week
What You’ll Do:
Simulator & Facility Operations
• Support daily simulator operations, setup, cleaning, and maintenance
• Maintain hitting bays and facility standards
• Assist with leagues, events, rentals, and programming
• Help troubleshoot simulators or facility issues
Customer Experience & Team Support
• Build relationships with guests, members, and league players
• Assist with bookings and league operations
• Support staff scheduling, training, daily tasks, and shift expectations
Operations & Inventory
• Manage snacks, drinks, merchandise, and cleaning inventory
• Assist with POS updates, audits, and restocking
Marketing & Events
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. social media content
• Capture photos/videos during leagues and events
Golf Services
• Assist with club regripping and basic repairs (training provided)
Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive team-first attitude
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable with technology and POS systems
• Passion for golf
• Social media/content creation experience preferred
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
