Golf Outing FAQs
We can host up to 108 guests for a full-venue outing across our six simulator bays. The right number for your group depends on the format and how you build your teams — from a few foursomes to a full takeover — so tell us your headcount and we’ll map it to the right setup.
Outing pricing depends on your group size, date, and format, so we build a simple quote rather than a flat price. Running a fundraiser? Tell us your goals in your request and we’ll help you plan it.
Yes. Indoor outings make great fundraisers — structured competitions, skill contests, and raffles, any season, with no weather risk to your date. Tell us your cause and goals and we’ll help shape the format.
No. Formats flex to every skill level and the simulators adjust difficulty per player, so total beginners and seasoned golfers can compete in the same outing — nobody gets left out.
Nothing changes. Everything’s indoors on simulators, so there are no rainouts, no delays, and no reschedules — your outing runs exactly as planned, any season.
The earlier the better — fall and winter dates fill fastest once outdoor courses close. Send your preferred date as soon as you have one and we’ll do our best to lock it in.
